Barbering

3.24.1 System Guidelines

In order to be considered for admission to the Barbering Program, each applicant must submit the following credentials:

1. an application to the college;
2. a high school transcript indicating that the applicant has or will complete a high school course of study or a passing GED official score report;
3. a medical certificate which certifies that the applicant is free of any infectious or communicable disease. An essential requirement of the medical certificate is a negative result for the syphilis infection and tuberculosis tests.
