The Kentucky Community and Technical College System recognizes the right of a member
college to enter into consortial relationships and contractual agreements for the purpose of offering credit courses or programs provided institutional and programmatic (if applicable) accreditation standards are met. Agreements among KCTCS colleges must meet the accreditation requirements of SACS (and COE, if applicable). Agreements may be entered into with KCTCS colleges and other educational institutions or non-collegiate educational partners such as correctional facilities. All consortial and contractual agreements will be evaluated annually.
